About
Based in Memphis, TN Abbey Bratcher completed her Master of Fine Arts in Photography in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Raised in the American South, Abbey is a commercial and Fine Art photographer. She has a passion for working with people to create compelling imagery that unfolds powerful stories. In addition to her commercial work Abbey actively creates awareness as it pertains to environmental concerns and the importance of wildlife for our present and our future. Her Fine Art works such as "Ambassadors" has been exhibited in Tennessee, Vermont, South Carolina, Minnesota, Virginia, and Berlin. Her most recent project “Phantom Parks” has been exhibited in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and featured in Pingyao International Photography Festival 2019 in China. Phantom Parks has also been published in RPS Journal and featured in Source Magazine Online.
Abbey has worked with non-profit organizations such as The Memphis Zoo, Elephants for Africa, The Memphis Grizzlies Foundation, and Girls Inc. of Memphis. Also, she has worked with Memphis Fashion Design Network creating editorial and advertising pieces and StyleBlue Print Memphis to promote local influential women.
